New law and Oder season not recoding on 5usa on skyQ .("This programme cannot be recorded." )?

My quesiton is I tried to set my skyQ box to record the new season of law and order 21 for next Tuesday. But it says "This programme cannot be recorded."

Why is it happening?

I'm having this issue also. 

it also cropped up on channel four over Christmas when trying to set a timer for 'The Big Fat Quiz of 2023' and it was only when I did a search for it rather than use the EPG that it would let me set a timer for it. 

However the first episode of the new series of Law and Order isn't showing up on the search, just via the EPG.

Try again a few days before the scheduled airing and see if it's available to record.

It wouldn't record for me either, hopefully it'll resolve itself before Tuesday.

It let me set the timer this morning so I'm hoping it's now working for everyone else 😊
