New hub won’t connect to sky Q box
Just had new hub sent. All set up. All devices able to connect. Tried to sync the sky Q boxes and it can't find my network

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema

@Gaz81 is this a new Sky router or a third party company if Sky is it a black or white router
