New fibre

We got fibre in and the box is right by the TV but now SKY Q does not work. The box switch off

But if the router is near the Q box then use Ethernet.

The box switch off by itself and we only can use one remote where as before we used 2

This would have nothing to do with getting fibre installed as fibre could not affect how the remotes work with Sky Q.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Which fibre provider is it?

 

and is the Q connnected over wifi or wired?
