New fibre broadband

Ditching Sky broadband so had a new provider put fibre in today. Sky box says it’s connected to the router but there's no internet. All other devices at home are fine. No amount of resetting is helping.

Do you actually have internet on anything else? If so are you using WiFi or a cable? If WiFi, is the Q box still trying to connect to the Sky BB? Go into settings > Status > Network Connection > Network Connection and try to search for the WiFi.

Obviously, if you have no internet at all then you'll need to contact the new supplier.
