New contract paperwork doesn’t include the details of Netflix and HD

I've had my confirmation offer confirmation paperwork through and it doesn't include my Netflix and HD package information or the broadband price etc.

You'll need to contract Sky, the other customers here cannot help.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
