New broadband provider - reboot not working on mini

After changing my broadband provider my main Q box is working however my mini is not responding to my remote. Just left with the Sky advert sound and a blue screen with ‘Accessibility on Sky Q….. stated. I can’t use the remote to go to ‘settings’ or ‘skip’. Can anyone help?

This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:


Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only

Hopefully you can then dismiss the message

Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together


If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times

Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV
