I have just upgraded to new broadband package fibre. The sky main sky box and the mini boxes won't connect to the WiFi. It says unsuccessful connection. I have tried it every way. I have turned it all and unplugged it all and restarted it and the same with the wifi box. The sky q box says press wps button yet there isn't one on the new wifi box. When it select the wifi name and put in password it won't recognise it. Every other device is working on the wifi with the same password and works fine. I did try and call yesterday and spoke to someone then they put the phone down and neve called back. I need to connect my wifi to the new box and it just won't let me

Hi @Egall
If your broadband is Sky then you must connect your Main Q box by WPS. See location of WPS button.
Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
On Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

The router box doesn't have a wps button on it so I can't follow that.
It doesn't have a rest in the settings either I have already tried to do these

@Egall if you look at the picture @oldfella posted it shows you where the wos button is on the Sky broadband hub
