@Iverson03   After looking at your photograph once again I am concerned that the Black and Green coaxial cables that are feeding the Vertical Low band and Horizontal Low band signals from the Global Invacom Fibre Quatro MDU do not appear to be directly connected to the Unitron dCSS-422 adaptor Vertical Low band and Horizontal Low band inputs, because these inputs are being fed by White coaxial cables, whereas the Red and Yellow  coaxial cables that are feeding the Vertical High band and Horizontal High band signals appear to be correctly directly connected to the Vertical High band and Horizontal High band inputs of the Unitron dCSS-422 adaptor.

There may or may not be a logical explanation hidden behind the Fibre MDU, but I would have expected four direct coaxial cable connections between the Quatro Fibre MDU outputs and the Unitron dCSS-422 inputs.

@Iverson03   You could also remove mains power from your Sky Q receiver for an hour to allow the voltage regulator which is supplying power to the Unitron dCSS-422 adaptor to completely cool down, and then check if additional channels are available when it is initially at room temperature.
