We are trying to set up a new Toshiba Fire TV but it can't find any channels when it scans for them . It seems that the sky q box isn't talking to the TV . The HDMI cable is connected correctly

@Dianne+Bush If you are using the TV's internal tuner to scan for channels then it won't pick any up from the Sky box, all you should need to do is connect it via HDMI and then select that HDMI port as your output, you should be able to access all the channels then using your Sky remote.
