New SkyQ box and standby.

Hi, just had new 2tb Sky Q box installed ( member over 24 yrs ).

Sony tv with sony soundbar.

When I put the box in standby it remains there for about 30 seconds then powers back on itself so wont stay in Standby.

It does this with and without the soundbar connected ( HDMI ARC ).

I have tried so far:

Reconnected Remote using Exact listed TV and Sounbar models.

Reset on the Box

Complete 10min system powerdown..

software updates.

Also Soundbar ( HT-ZF9 ) does not power down or go into Standby  when the TV does like it does from the TV's own remote ( KD-55XF9005 ).

Any other suggestestion(s)  please before customer service contact.

What reset did you do on the Q box @Topefisher ??

Hi, just the Soft reset and the power reset.

Not done the hidden menu 0,0,1 reset yet.  Would probably talk to sky first as only installed yesterday.
