New SkyQ box and Paramount + no longer working

We had Paramount + on our old Sky Q box which broke.  Had a new box installed and no longer works.  It says I have an account but when I go in it says I have an active subscription but isnt linked.  Can't try and link it as the QR code won't work.  Any help appreciated.
