New Sky fibre not connecting to Sky Q
Hi, upgraded to sky fibre this afternoon but unable to connect the Sky Q box. The new hub is working and phones etc all connected but tv isn't. Tried turning both off and back on but nothing. If anyone can help please?

@Tombensi how are you trying to connect them ? and what router did you get is it the Black upright Broadband Hub or is it the newer White Sky Max Hub

Hi thanks for your response, the white Sky Max Hub.
I've followed all the steps as shown on the link you provided, but still not connecting. The hub seems fine as iPad and phones connected ok.
The same message shows on Tv that it's searching after I press wps button on hub, but then unable to connect.
