New Sky Q- won’t download - because of a technical issue

Have had new set up today with engineer. Tele working.

but unable to download catch up/ cinema/ etc 

keeps highlighting a technical issue

I'm having same problem and I've had mine for near 3 years

It's usually an issue with the ad insertion tech. Try the UHD version if available

or

try changing your DNS on the sky box to 8.8.8.8
