New Sky Q box not turning on

Hi guys just received a brand new SKY Q box when it first powers up I get a message on screen say HELLO then a blue screen saying when the screen goes blank press the home button all I'm getting is a amber light on the front of the box if I press the home button I get nothing if I press the amber light I get nothing joke to be honest Sky's future in my house is fastly going down the drain.
