I recieved a new Sky Q box for anotehr reason, but the new box does not show the red LED when recording. recordings are working fine, just not displaying the red LED.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf a restart doesn't resolve it, it appears there may be a fault with the box. If you can't live with it, you could ask for a replacement box.
