New Sky Q Main box wont rewind or let me record

Got it today. Paired it with my existing card. Paired all the mini boxes. Iit wont allow me to rewind or record. It only allows me to watch live tv. ve tried rebooting but issue continues.

Hi @a.fould   If it is a replacement box, is the software up to date? Should be Q3xx.
