Hi, I recently swapped my Sky Q 1TB for Sky Q2TB. Got delivered and set it up all fine no problems but have noticed a sound, at first me and the wife thought it was upstairs but it was coming from the box. Hard to describe but definitely wasn't there before, un plugged it etc etc but it's still there and it's annoying enough I've been turning up the tv. I listen at the box and it's like a car running but a clicking noise like something is not in the same flow as the rest off device being powered. Just wondering anyway ever heard anything like this? It is nearly annoying enough I think I'll ask for a replacement because the sound wasn't there before I switched boxes

Hi @Luke+Samuel
Bear in mind that the hard drive in the Q box is rumning constantly in use and some of these can a bit noisier then others. The do make a faint ticking sound. This can be amplified by some surfaces that boxes are mounted on.
