New Sky Q 2TB - have to keep restarting at the mains.

Hi all.
Recently had a new 2TB box fitted in order to add more mini boxes.
had worked fine initially. But all this week, I have to keep restarting the box. Eco and Active modes had already been turned off.  Usually I press "home" and the A/V Reveiver and TV turn on and life is wonderful! However, now everything still turns on, but no picture from Q box. If I put the box into standby, the sky Home Screen displays for a few seconds, then goes blank. So I turn off the the 2TB at the mains, restart, then it works fine.
many ideas?

Thank you!

Hi all.
Problem solved!
I spoke to Sky yesterday. Very helpful chap. Suggested to eliminate the A/V receiver. So plugged the HDMI direct from the 2TB Q box to the TV and voila - it worked! I'm still a little miffed as to why, because when I reset the SkyQ box it worked. But anyway, the amp was the issue.
Thank you.
