Hi All,
I used to have Sky Q at home but moved to online only, I'm switching back to Sky Q and have signed up but just wondered if i really need an engineer visit as I already have the dish and cables all in place, any ideas if i can cancel it and just plug it in myself?
Cheers
Mark.

I had similar when I briefly left and rejoined but they wanted to send an engineer with a box as mine had been returned.
I did manage to cancel the engineer visit and arrange a self install box to be delivered, but I had to get on the phone to Sky as no digital journey could handle the nuance of my request.
