Hi All,
I used to have Sky Q at home but moved to online only, I'm switching back to Sky Q and have signed up but just wondered if i really need an engineer visit as I already have the dish and cables all in place, any ideas if i can cancel it and just plug it in myself?
Cheers
Mark.

You'll have to call and ask Sky if they are prepared to send you a box for self install. (I doubt they will)

Re: New Sky Account already have dish and cables
You would have to clarify that with Sky. Also bear in mind that Sky will probably believe you've retained your viewing card from your previous subscription so if you haven't kept it you'll need to arrange a new one via Sky.

I had similar when I briefly left and rejoined but they wanted to send an engineer with a box as mine had been returned.
I did manage to cancel the engineer visit and arrange a self install box to be delivered, but I had to get on the phone to Sky as no digital journey could handle the nuance of my request.
