New HDR fails to download, says No Subscription

Hi,

Sky Q, all subscriptions apart from sport.

TV is LG G2, can watch all HDR content on Netflix etc.

The Sky box says I am in 10bit and the HDR test card plays perfectly.

The new film, A man called Otto downloads and plays in UHD HDR, showing HLG HDR in the corner as it starts to play.

However, other films like Indiana Jones - Temple of Doom and Fantastic Beasts, Crimes of... fail to download saying "No Subscription".

Any idea please?

Hi @NebulaPond

Not your Q box @NebulaPond

There is an issue with the Downloads

  • Temple of Doom
  • Fantastic beasts

Thanks for the information.

Is there a list of films with issues anywhere I can check for future reference?
