Network connection lost to Sky Q box.
Followed Sky instruction for reset, entered (BT) router password and 'Connect'.
Message: 'Unsuccessful connection. Please check your password and try again.'
I've tried again several times without success. Any ideas please?

Hi. I spent an hour on the phone talking to Sky customer services, tried everything they suggested, no luck. An engineer arrived within an hour and fixed the fault in less than 5 minutes. Not sure what he did, but it worked!

Re: Network connection lost to Sky Q box.
I'm having exactly the same problem for the past two days. I'd changed broadband provider about 8 weeks ago (to full fibre) and was able to reconnect my Sky Q box to it by entering my new router's password. Until yesterday I'd had no problems with it. Then I attempted to set up my Sky Mini box. I went through the connection procedure a couple of times but it wouldn't accept the password. Got the same message as you did. I followed all the Help instructions and restarted the Sky Q box and (later) my router. But now even the main Sky Q box won't connect to broadband. Everything else (laptop, iPad and iPhone) are picking up the broadband Ok - it,s just the Sky Q box that can't. Obviously now I can't use Sky Mini or use Sky Go to watch recordings/BBC on my iPad. I'd appreciate any suggestions...

Use powerline adapters and disable wifi, is my suggestion.
