Network, Sky Q intermittent when mobile and I pad Ok Why is that?

My provider is Utility Wharehouse (Open Reach) . TV is a Sony with Sky Q , we have 2 Iphones and 2 IPads and a printer. 
Now why do or phones/Ipads and printer work and the TV keeps dropping out and we have to reconnect sometimes 2 or 3 times a day at best once a week.
