Same as other comments, we can't load Netflix on the mini-box. I don't understand the advice in this thread to log into our Netflix account because we don't have one, it's provided via Sky and so there is no Netflix account. We are just endlessly switching the box on and off and it occasionally kicks Netflix into life but it's not a solution.

 

Just rang Sky and they said this isn't a problem which anyone else has, it's just us experiencing this, according to the technical team.....

@MrsJHJ If you pay Sky for Netflix you will have a Netflix account if you havent already created one then you need to as per the inormation in the link below
