When I try to open Netflix on my mini box I get the Netflix screen with a spinning red circle but it doesn't load. I've tried updating the software and the app refresh.
Netflix is working on the main sky a box.
any suggestions please?

I keep getting the same issue on my main sky Q box but struggling to get support. I restart which works but then the next day I have the same issue.

I'm having same issue with Sky mini box not loading netflix spinning red circle but main sky Q box works ok getting very frustrated as im having to keep resetting mini box, also have tried 0 0 1 on main sky Q box to clear app data but fault still happens....

We are having the exact same issue, we pay a premium for the service but do not recieve a streamline Netflix service on our Mini Box, Not Cool SKy, Not Cool!!

I have the same issue. Can access Netflix on main sky box but will not connect on mini box. Reboot mini box and sometimes that works but not always. Very painful!!

Has anyone had any joy fixing this issue as it has started on my mini box the past week now. I have tried multiple re boots and sometimes it works but then sometimes not. Also done work around by looking into Netflix via browser to sign out of device etc but still the issue happens and again works fine on main sky q box and also on 2 other mini boxes just 1 that causes the issue

Assume you mean "logging in to"?
The one other thing people have had some success with is loading a few other apps to force Netflix to close down in the background (limited memory on these boxes) and then try Netflix again. You can't see that it has closed down so it's a bit of a random "try it and see"

Thanks I will give that a try the next time it happens and see if I have any joy I do know that after a last reboot I did open paramount plus first and then went back to netflix and that did work but put that down to rebooting the box to be honest

I am having a recurring issue on my sky mini box with regard to the Netflix App not loading and I came her for answers but cannot see any. I have done all the obvious things I can do.
