As posted else where, Sky gave me some bits and bobs.
One of them was The Netflix with ads free until 2027.
We were given it on the 23rd July I think it was, but we only started using it nearly two weeks later.
We were getting an add before a film/documentary and that was it.
We came home two nights ago, and went to go into Netflix through the app on the SkyQ box.
It came up with a message, along the lines of, sorry your account... we cannot connect you, or something along those lines.
I came out off the Netflix app and put it onto a normal TV channel, then tried the Netflix app again.
This time it loaded Netflix, but now we don't get any ads at all.
I have tried unplugging the SkyQ just as...something to try, but it's the same, we just don't get any ads any longer.
It just goes straight into a film etc.
When we set it up, we set it up so we had two profiles, one for myself, and one for my wife, so we could log out of one and log into the other.
They were both working as the should with ads, but as mentioned, not any longer, on both profiles.
I have never had a Netflix account at anytime in the past nor has my wife, this is the first time we have ever used any kind of streaming service, as we just watch the bog standard TV channels.
Any ideas, before I ring Sky on Monday? I don't want to be watching it and for some reason there's been a glitch, and I am now getting charged to watch it, not just at the Netflix with ads price, as it has been thrown in for free until 2027, but a full Netflix Package.
Thanks for any replies.
Just as an edit to this post, I have just logged into Netflix via my mac, and gone into my account, and it lists Standard with adverts billed through Sky Package.

No, that is the same as mine.
For reasons I don't understand, Netflix shows under TV packs, whilst discovery+ (and for me Paramount+ as I have Sky Cinema), show under app subscriptions.
Same if I look at My Sky via the Q box (My Sky > Your Products), Netflix shows under 'Sky subscriptions' with discovery+ and Paramount+ under 'App subscriptions'.

Re: Netflix with ads through Sky, but no ads?
The billing sounds correct as 'Standard with ads' is the normal included version with a Sky package.
It's not "free" as such, just included as part of the basic package these days, just like a version of discovery+
I suspect the lack of adverts is a blip and should be considered a bonus while it lasts!
For peace of mind, keep an eye on the billing in Netflix to see if the package changes and your bills in MySky to see if any Netflix upgrade appears which you haven't asked for.

Cheers.
When I go to look at 'View Subscriptions' it only lists discovery+ ?
Should Netflix be in there as well?
When I go to my Netflix account, it does say in there paid through Sky.

I've just checked my account on the SkyQ box.
Mines the same as you described.
Thanks very much for that. 👍
