Netflix via Sky in Spanish

My Netflix account has changed the language to Spanish. The account is via SKY so when I am trying to sign it, it is telling me to buy a account.

Hi @Debbie135   This appears to be very common, unfortunately only Netflix can help you. You should contact them, Sky only look after the billing.

That's a sure sign your Netflix account has been hacked, and only Netflix can help you

@Debbie135  as others have said That sounds as though your Netflix account has been hacked. In these situations you will need to contact Netflix who will be able to reset your account.

Sky only take care of the billing aspect, all other aspects such as chan ge passwords, email address etc you need to do through Netflix.

 

It sounds like due to a weak password your netflix account has been hacked, so you'll need to contact Netflix.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
