Netflix type of account

Hi, 

I'm looking to take on Netflix through my sky TV package, I'm just wondering what type of Netflix do you get? I understand there is different types of packages now, I.E Netflix with ads, Netflix standard, Netflix HD? I'm basically wondering if the sky package comes with any ads and how many tablets can stream it? Also if I can still download episodes of stuff on small devices?

Netflix Basic              Sky Ultimate TV Pack (1 screen) 

Netflix Standard     Sky  Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack (2 Screens)

Netflix Premium      Sky Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack plus Sky UHD Pack  (4 Screens)
