Netflix through Sky: Logging into Netflix via phone

Morning all We have Netflix through Sky and need to use the Netflix app on our phones. Downloaded the Netflix app and we have tried to sign on using our Sky login details, however, it does not work and says we don't have an account/password is incorrect. How can I use the app given I pay for Netflix through Sky? Many thanks, G

@Gareth19891989 areb you positive that when you set up netflix you used your sky login details as from memory when I set mine up I had to use an email address as my username and obviously a password

agreed. It is not your normal sky ID. When services do "share" logins they hand off the login to the original site and netflix doesn't do this. They have no idea what your SkyID password is, so a netflix specific password is created.

I have the same issue! Did you get an answer? I can log into netflix via safari or any desktop browser, but not the app for some reason.

ok now sorted. I just went into settings on phone and netflix app and it reset toggle and now allows me to log in.
