Netflix premium but only standard showing
I have the sky Q package with HD and Ultra HD package which should include premium Netflix that can be viewed on 4 devices . Our Netflix account shows as standard ( 2screens only )
I called sky tonight who took off Ultra Had and added again but Netflix still showing as standard package .
Any ideas how to resolve this ?

If it is account related Looks like only Sky can sort your issue @Amandafscott

When you sign into your Netflix account, under MEMBERSHIP & BILLING do you see...
Included in your Sky package
Contact Sky directly at sky.com/upgradenetflix to change plans, update your account and payment details, or to cancel your membership.

@Amandafscott do you definately pay Sky for netflix or do you pay direct to netflix ?
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
