i am like so many of you. having a sudden loading issue with netflix through my sky Q.
i have tried all that i can.
from unplugging box rebooting broadband, refreshing apps swapping hdmi cable round. its takes for ever to finally load netflix i have to the proccess so many times aday.
it strange how there was no problem with netflix untill end of august time then suddenly i could load netflix as just buffering, i'd then do the steps above and it would be fine for abput 2-3 days then i would have to go through the steps again to try and load.
now i have issue everday and if i come out of netflix it then wont reload so have to spend forever to get it back up.
i have been on to sky so many times and netflix to try and get them to rectify the fault. sky have finally admitted they do have ha fault their end but cant say what it is and how long before fault has been sorted.
i think sky need to act on issue far more quickly and compensate their customers.

Started to have this exact same problem.
Netflix page pops up with the name but underneath is just a constant loading in circle and absolutly nothing else happens.
Sometime turning of the skyQ box from the plug and turning off the Router works but mostly it does not.
We have also done a system update which also does not work.
Its like 98% of the time i aint going to load up between set hrs but i may if i feel like it spontaneous load up when you try to connect but i aint gonna do it often sort of thing.
SKY its obviously an issue on your end, get it SORTED!
All other apps, Amazon Prime, AppleTV+, Disney+ and Paramount+ work fine.
Disney being probably one of the better followed by amazonPrime, AppleTV+ and Paramount+ kinda suck. Not much in programs/films and what is there have already been around for a while through the other services anyways and aint worth watching, once you have seen the 1 or 2 things on each of them that are exclusive.

I've had this issue for two weeks,I've just posted about this,I've done app refresh and also done an update to the software too everyday for two weeks.I rang sky Friday, they said tech team are aware of it.. it's apparently showing no issues at their end! Well there is somewhere 😆

Don't bother updating your firmware. It's a waste of time. There are no updates.

Mine works (don't know why or I would share although I've suspected Q's dodgy wifi from day one and I don't use that) but if it didn't, honestly I wouldn't bother even trying to get it to work. I know software too well and this one is nasty, random, and will take them ages to diagnose and fix.

This issue has been around for ages now, probably a year, but it's been worse for last few months especially. Having to refresh the all daily. Sky need to sort this mess out!

Sometimes takes a bit more messing around like opening a different app after the refresh before opening Netflix, or powering the box off before trying to open it. Also seem to have better luck if I select a Netflix show that's being advertised on the home menu screen, or the 'continue watching' option rather than accessing from the app menu. Still takes ages to get in most days.

Yeah that's what I thought
