Netflix not working thru sky but works fine on phone
Netflix account was hacked so sky deleted & added it back to my account yesterday. I had to re-enter username & set new password.
Used Netflix after that yesterday with no issues. Tried to use Netflix today thru sky but my profiles have disappeared & language changed to Spanish.
Netflix works fine on my phone

You are going to have to contact Netflix about this.

@caesarome Thanks, I did that already & they retrieved my account so it works fine outwith sky - it seems like it's just when I access Netflix thru sky that I'm locked out.. I'm going to contact sky today
