Netflix not working (I’ve tried EVERYTHING!)

Hi all,

 

LG TV

 

SKY Q MAIN BOX

 

 Netflix works on the LG TV app fine

 

It Still doesn't work on the sky q box, I must have read every other post about it, I cannot believe there still hanst been a full solution!

 

I've tried turning the box off at the plug waiting for a while then plugging back in still doesn't work

 

ove refershed the apps, still doesn't work 

 

Ove logged onto my Netflix account tbrohj a web browser logged out the sky q box, still doesn't work

 

when will sky sort this , it's beeem goong on for ages now

 

Any suggestions?

Use the LG app.  It will be tuned to your TV (and potentially give better picture, e.g. DolbyVision) and won't be compromised for compatibility.

 

Any reason why you need to use the Q app?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Out of principle I guess, puking for  service that doesn't work, it doesn't work on the Sky mini box either
