Netflix not loading on sKQ mini box. Works fine on main box. Have rest both boxes and router.
Have reset both boxes and router. Also refreshed the apps and updated sky software to latest version.

Are you seeing a red spinning circle like many other customers?

Hi. Its was the red spinning circle. Managed to speak to an excellent SKY tech support person who sorted the problem. Needed to reset settings in the hidden menu. Highlight settings in main menu enter 001 and hit select. Take option to Reset Settings. Will take a few reboots then under 001 hidden menu refresh the apps. Resolved the problem.
