Netflix no longer recognises my tv??????

I've just turned on nextflix and it says my tv is no longer part of the household! It was last night?? I've reset the box completed a software update however when I try to capture the QR code on my phone I cannot get onto the nextflix website it says restricted but I can use my laptop do I ring sky or Netflix??

If someone who knows your Netflix username/password, either voluntarily shared or 'hacked', has signed into the Netflix app on a television or Sky box located elsewhere then that's now expected behavior.

Note that the Netflix 'Extra Member' feature is not available with Netflix billed through Sky.

I would start by ringing Sky to see what they say otherwise you will need to call Netflix.
