Netflix logged out on all devices now account doesn't exist

We have tried to login to Netflix today and all devices that previously automatically connected have been logged out. When we try to reset the password or login again, it says that the account is not set up, and is requested a new payment be set up, and it cannot be accessed via apps on Sky or separately on the Netflix website. Any ideas?
