Netflix issue account shows strange name and different language

So, went onto the Netflix app on the tv opened and it shows in a foreign name and language, won't accept my password ?

A fairly common scenario we see on here unfortunately. Your Netflix account has been hacked and I believe you need to contact Netflix direct to resolve.
