My Netflix is via Sky but has now decided to be in Spanish. How do I get to the profile edit location to change it back to English. I also do not seem to have a Netflix I'd or password to access any info from the Netflix website.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI don't have Netflix but from a lot of previous posts on this subject it seems your Netflix account has been hacked. You'll have to call Netflix. If you use the search box at the top of this page and enter Netflix Spanish a few threads with the same issue will be displayed.
