See the post currently marked as the answer (post 2). We don't know when this update will start to be rolled out and Sky don't announce it.

Netflix won't load - just a red spinning circle , we've tried all the pointers given
Turn off sky box wait and turn on
refresh Apps in settings
using the remote to fix it and now I've found a post saying this is a known issue to sky ?
The next software update will fix it when is this software update Sky ?
please help so frustrating especially with kids !

Netflix fails to load and all i see is the Netflix logo and spinning red circle. I've tried rebooting the SkyQ main box and the problem persists

I have moved your posts to the topic at hand where you can see (the post marked as the answer) that this is a known issue that will be fixed when the software updates rolls out, whenever that is.

Sky don't announce when the rollout of the update will start. Personally I doubt there will be a refund.

Raised a complaint and got told there is no issue with netflix, despite their own staff on here already acknowledging there is.

None of this works, please help! I pay for Netflix through Sky and we have the red circle of doom! It's been over a week now and it's driving us a bit potty. We can access on other means ie phone and firestick but it's not working through sky. I have done reboot of rooter and turned off and on sky box and did the settings 001 and refresh apps but nothing seems to work. Are we destined for a calm to @Sky???

And did you do the one thing that has been mentioned on here to work for a lot of people, logging in on another device and booting off the sky box via "manage access and devices"?

Yes it works on all my other devices just not on the Sky box. Including through "manage access and devices"
