Re: Netflix often not working on SkyQ
Thank you, fed up of trawling looking for answers then someone mentioned your response. Worked a treat. Maybe sky should pin your solution at the top of the thread they have to save time for everyone. And personally I think you should get at least 6 months for free from them @Sam9999

It is marked as the Answer post in the main Netflix spinnny circle thread, posted by Chloe. (Edit: oh has this thread been merged into that one now?)
albeit Sam wasn't given the credit properly as someone else was quoted.

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
OK I have now tried the method of signing out of the sky box using the Netflix website in a browser as referred to in the answer and that seems to have worked so will monitor the situation.

Re: Netflix often not working on SkyQ
I'd been reading through the main thread and someone had stated that the guys response worked. I clicked his name she had tagged and it took me to his (maybe hers) post. I may have crossed threads in my search.

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
Still getting the same problem so resetting Netflix on the web does not work either. I Jane not tried resetting the sky settings but I should not have to clear and reset everything on sky to fix this. Seems like sky still cannot resolve this. May need to change supplier (after being a customer for 23 years!!).
