I'm having the same issue and I think it's since I recently renewed and had the premium upgrade added for Netflix. Or could just be a coincidence, either way I can't actually watch it on either of my boxes

Thanks for every e that helped. Got it working now.
Left all boxes switched off for 10 mins and tried again. The elusive kitchen Sky Q box has returned with Netflix. 🤔

That was such a helpful reply. It was my son't email/password as he'd had Netflix before we took it to Sky!
Have followed the advice and it is now working. Thanks everyone 🙂

We have had no issues until about a month a go. 2 tvs and one day netflix works and then wr just get the whirring circle for a few days. It's so frustrating!!! Please can sky send a comment to all customers to advise on progress and only realised other have this issue when I googled today.

Will sky be refunding customers for the days that we can't watch Netflix in a month?

Interesting responses. I see the problem we have is a wider problem. We never had an issue until we changed to Netflix with ads. I'm paying monthly for something that is a lottery whether it works! We don't have a TV that allows us to load separately so we are a bit stuck!
