Re: My Netflix isn’t working
I often can't load Netflix either, just buffers and sometimes throws me back to sky. It does work every third or fourth try when I try again later. Internet connection fine with no problems loading other apps.

Sky hasn't me this on Monday -
Hi, it's Kristina from Sky!
We are currently rolling out a new version of the Netflix app, which should improve this issue for affected customers. I will keep you informed about the issue. Have a good day ! NoReply
Very annoying!

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
That's exactly what I was told several weeks ago. Very soon after that, mine started working again - and it has continued to do so. Hopefully, everyone else's will be fixed soon too 🤞

Please try this fix guys. It worked for me and plenty of others on this stream.
1 - Log into Netflix via the web browser.
2 - Highlight your profile picture (Top right corner).
3 - Click on Account.
4 - Under the Security and Privacy option, click on Manage access and devices.
5 - Select the device name: (it may be called SkyQ ......or Sky UK Set-top box).
6 - Select--> click on the "Sign out" option on the SkyQ ......or Sky UK Set-top box.
7 - Go to your SkyQ box and launch the Netflix app on your SkyQ box.

You'll just need to log back in on each device.

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
This is weird, but clearly a Sky box issue - I have sky q with repeater box upstairs. The main box gets red circle of death, but the repeater box loads netflix ! - go figure that ! , I've tired all the various resets etc. and sometimes you get a day or two respite, other times it doesn't work at all £102 a month and I can't get the full service - pretty rubbish guys

When you say 'repeater box' do you mean a Sky Q minibox?

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
Got Sky Q box plus two mini boxes. Sky Q box and one mini box get Netflix ok. I've given up with the other mini box, if I want to watch Netflix on that TV I don't bother with the mini box, I just use the app on the TV to watch it.

No because you are just forcing logouts on your Sky devices.
