Not everyone has a smart TV with their minibox so I'll have to carry on being annoyed.

So, we get this most of the time:
It's really frustrating and rebooting the router and sky box no longer resolve it. Come on Sky - please sort this out!!!

And have you tried the other suggested workaround in the post marked as an answer?

I am trying to message you, but it says my message contains bad language (which it CERTAINLY does not).
How else can I get you the information?

Message who exactly and how (on this forum)?
Without giving out any personal information what are you looking for help with?

Still having these issues (started to affect the other multi room box's now). Have done all the fix's mentioned but the issue (at least for me) returns again and again.
Yesterday, we had to re-aquire AppleTV+ as it had logged us out and we had to scan the code, input a code and everythign to get the service back. If this is whats required to properly get netflix to start working then why dont they initiate a reset like this, so everyone would need to re-enter the log-in stuff via scanning the code and entering the code all over again.
Just to iterate yes i have done sams fix 2x. first time it last about 5 days before returning but i did not log into netflix for 2-3 days. 2nd time it last for 2 days (3 netflix log-in attempts roughly) before it came back. I found it easier to just spam logging in or log out and log into another app then out and try netflix again. This so far has been the easiest to do. But right now there isnt much to watch on netflix anyways

The answer that involves logging on to Netflix via a browser and then removing the sky box from the devices list works, but doesn't last very long before it needs doing again. It is at least a way around things until the Software Engineers figure out a solution.

I am having the same problem also. Every day I have to switch off and on. It can't be Netflix as it works ok on my sky mini box and straight onto the TV.

Try exiting Netflix with the Netflix menu (far left at the bottom) as opposed to the remote home button, works fine for me then on the next selection.

@Chloe-W22 the option signing out of the Sky Q box on my Netflix login in a web browser worked brilliantly, and I've not had the issue since. I did this about 6 or so weeks ago!
Previously, it was more often than not getting the spinning circle, unless I refreshed the app and it then worked for a little while after a couple of hours.

This fix also worked for me and seems to be a permanent repair
