Re: Netflix Won't Load / Spinning Circle

I tried the solution in Sam's post as well as the answer provided.  No avail, still got the red circle.

could we have an update on a solution rather than a workaround?  Looks to be app issue.  Getting similar with paramount, yet Disney, Prime and YouTube are all fine.

very frustrating.

Sam's post was a solution for many people.

Re: Netflix Won't Load / Spinning Circle

I had to turn off the box from the plug and restart the Q box and now able to get in to Netflix

Re: Netflix Won't Load / Spinning Circle

Hi @Chloe-W22 , I am getting the same red spinning circle on Netflix as well. I turn the power off, use the 001 code via settings to refresh the apps, it works for a short time and then it happens again, it does not load.

Try Sam's fix, it works more reliably than any others.

Re: Netflix Won't Load / Spinning Circle

Rather helpfully, it's working now.  Didn't need to do anything other than wait overnight.  Netflix came up with a fresh sign in (after Sam's attempted workaround), but it's working for the time being.

Sorry, can you explain that again. You did nothing and it started working after waiting overnight but you also did the signout workaround?

Re: Netflix Stuck Spinning Circle

Hi,

I have had the same problem, Netflix N and the spinning wheel. I have disconnect my Q box, a month ago this worked a few times for a while then same again, spinning wheel. Recently I had a visit from a Sky engineer - network issues that were resolved. She completly reset and rebooted my router.  All good for a few days then same problem again. So quick fix - disconnected the Q box and sometines the next day it works, for a while then back to the spinning wheel.

I have now found out from this forum how to refresh the app and done so. No joy still the spinning wheel.

So went back and refreshed the apps again, then when it was finished, I disconnected the Qbox - waited 30 seconds and then restarted. And after a few moments the spinning wheel stopped, then started again and then Netflix started properly. So going to check if this is a lasting fix  and come back to this forum.
