Ye just removed all devices,then left the box and TV switched off for 5 minutes then rebooted back again

You did it twice I think though? I'm just wondering if you missed a step out first time around which is why it didn't work?

Netflix wont load
My Netflix wont load on my sky mini Q box in my bedroom but it works on the main box in my living room. Just keep getting red screen with Netflix on and a red circle just going round.

For the late comers 🙂
- Log into Netflix via the web browser.
- Highlight your profile picture (Top right corner).
- Click on Account.
- Under the Security and Privacy option, click on 'Manage access and devices'.
- Select the device name: (it may be called Sky Q ......or Sky UK Set-top box).
- Select--> click on the "Sign out" option on the Sky Q ......or Sky UK Set-top box (do this for all Sky devices listed).
- Reboot Sky Q box by turning off at the wall or plugging out for 1 minute (do the same for mini boxes but boot up the main box fully first before rebooting the mini boxes).
- Go to your Sky Q box and launch the Netflix app on your Sky Q box.
If it's easier for you, points 1 to 6 amount to the following:-
Go to your account online through a browser and sign in if necessary, from your portrait/avatar, go to 'Account', then 'Devices', then 'Access and Devices' and then sign out of all Sky devices listed.
The direct web address is:- netflix.com/manageaccountaccess which can be copy & pasted into your browser.
Don't forget to reboot the Q boxes after the above.
You can use the app on a smartphone to sign out of devices also.

Netflix won't load on the main sky Q box but is working fine on the sky Q mini. I've done all the rebooting and resetting in the hidden menu and powering off and on of the sky equipment and WiFi.

Yes Daniel, on the main box only,sky Q mini is working fine in the bedroom.
