I have a SkyQ box but my Netflix just has the red spinning circle and has been like it for a couple.

I have a SkyQ box. Netflix has the red spinning circle and won't launch. I have rebooted box a couple of times and refreshed the App. All my other Apps are working just fine and my internet is good. 
help please

@Chloe-W22 when you say sign out of device through web browser can you advise the correct steps to try this?

Why cant i access netflix on my sky q app

I've  refresh apps on sky q box but still can't get netflix to open just keep getting red spinning circle

Have tried resetting the box, refreshing the apps, signing out of all devices and resetting internet box. Nothing has worked.

Go to your account online through a browser and sign in if necessary, from your portrait/avatar, go to 'Account', then 'Devices', then 'Access and Devices' and then sign out of all Sky devices listed.

Had this issue for over 6 months on the main skyQ box. Turning the box off and on, refreshing apps, unplugging etc does not work 9 times out of ten. 

Yet it's usually fine on the bedroom mini box....

It's really frustrating and the suggestions are always the same yet don't work.

Hi my name is Ray Savill & Netflix has stopped working on our sky account for the last 2 weeks I have done a software update on our sky q box but that hasn't solved it
