My Netflix won’t load
My Netflix won't move off red spinning stage I have reset box and turned off and on and still the same this has happened for the last 2 weeks

Netflix won’t load. Netflix say it’s sky issue
Netflix won't load. According to Netflix they have done an upgrade and sky need to put upgrade thru. Totally confused. I just get the swirling circle

Cannot get into netfix
Netflix it's loading it just keeps circling and doesn't load been like this for over 2 weeks

Re: Netflix not moving from spinning red circle
I've done this many times ... Sky then said I had signal problems that took 3 visits to get download speed which solved nothing ... Sky have no answer to the ongoing problems with Netflix customer problems ... (Removed)

Cannot access netflix, most days not, occasionally can
when i try to access netflix, get the logo screen and a spinning circle. Most daysget this, occasionaly can access, therefore intermittent error. Can any clever soul diagnose?

Trying to sign into Netflix via web browser but doesn't recognize our email. Never had a Netflix account before it's part of the Sky package. Like for many it worked fine for ages now spinning red circle. Re booting occasionally works but inconsistent

Use the online Netflix password reset and try your Sky ID email, in fact try all emails you may have. Mine for instance is actually the sons as it was originally his Netflix account. If it is your Sky ID email and you've never signed in online then you need to do this in order to setup a Netflix online password.
