Dear all,

I too am having the same issue, Netflix has been working fine, today, all I had was the red spinning circle! 

I switched everything off, disconnected everything, for a while, sky would not recognise my router but fine now.

Still have the red spinning circle, I tried the settings, 0,0,1, but nothing came up, no secret menu! 

How do I access so that I can at least try the app refresh!

Don't choose settings. Hover on it and do 001Select

Thanks so much, all sorted now, I was pressing 001 but not select! Tried the app refresh and Netflix started, not straight away but it did start and all is good.

Followed the instructions and it worked for that one occasion but next day spinning red circle is back on mini box.

When is Sky going to rectify this or compensate for lack of access?

Netflix will not load continuous red spinning circle unless I power down and reload

When signing into Netflix app it does not load, the red circle just keeps spinning, the only way I can get it to load is by powering down both tv and sky q box then powering back up again

We have been suffering this issue for months where we have days when it won't work suffice today I'm fed up and so decided to investigate and came across this thread.
