Hi i have been unable to use netflix for months now just spinning red when i try use it
Is there a fix or something i cna do to fix?

Why can I not connect to Netflix on my main sky Q box but I can on my 2 mini boxes? I used to be able to connect but it has happened only this week.

I take it we won't be charged for Netflix while you 'work to resolve this issue'?

Sorry but this is not good enough. We shoukd not need to step through workarounds to watch through an app. It never loads through our main box but does through our second box. This issue has been going on for months and is unacceptable.

Anyone at sky can assist with this because I've been on the phone on hold for 30 minutes. I've not got anywhere with them.
