Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
I did not understand
6.Sign out of Neflix on the Q box, start it up, press left and go to the help section to sign out.
7.Reboot SkyQ box by turning off at the wall or plugging out for 1 minute.
8.Go to your SkyQ box and launch the Netflix app on your SkyQ box.
point 6 - how can I sign out of Neflix on the Q box. What do you mean by saying " press left and go to the help section to sign out"?
I have tried 7 and 8 alone and this gives a temporary fix.

It means to start up Netflix and press the left arrow which brings up the options, of course you can't do that if it won't start in the first place so don't worry about that bit.
Did you do 1 through 5 followed by 7 & 8? They are the important bits.

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch
Forgive me - I am getting confused.
- Log into Netflix via the web browser.
- Highlight your profile picture (Top right corner).
- Click on Account.
- Under the Security and Privacy option, click on 'Manage access and devices'.
- Select the device name: (it may be called SkyQ ......or Sky UK Set-top box).
- Select--> click on the "Sign out" option on the SkyQ ......or Sky UK Set-top box.
- Sign out of Neflix on the Q box, start it up, press left and go to the help section to sign out.
- Reboot SkyQ box by turning off at the wall or plugging out for 1 minute.
- Go to your SkyQ box and launch the Netflix app on your SkyQ box.
I see there are 9 points not 8. I have done points 8 & 9.only and that seems to give a temporary fix. I have not done 1-6 and I cannot do 7 because I cannot sign out of Netflix on my Q box. If I could do point 7 there would not be a problem.

I can't get onto Netflix from the main Sky Q box. It works on the mini box and on my iPhone. Any advice would be helpful
